You will diagnose and repair issues, complete work orders and make-ready inspections, manage inventory, and support cost-saving efforts while complying with safety policies. A strong focus on reliability and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• State and local certification requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident service requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Access and manage materials from maintenance inventory and notify supervisor for reorders.
• Complete documentation to track service requests accurately.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving practices by repairing parts instead of replacement when feasible.
