Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in our single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding resident service. You will handle multiple trades, educate residents on home systems, and work to complete tasks efficiently in a single visit.

Applicants should have a High School diploma, 2–5+ years of residential maintenance experience, OSHA 10, and relevant certifications (EPA/HVAC/CPO) are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 certification required (new hires have up to 90 days to complete).
• EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; multi-lingual is a plus.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and field apps.

Aufgaben

• Complete maintenance requests across multiple trades.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain quality living experience for residents.
• Perform work respecting residents' homes and property.
• Conduct ProCare visits and schedule next visits via mobile app.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Identify and report opportunities for improvement via technician reports.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turn/market periods.
• Maintain proper use of tools, materials, and company vehicles.
• Review next day’s appointments to ensure single-visit completion.
