Job summary

Invitation Homes is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform a range of in-home repairs across multiple trades with a strong focus on resident service. You will conduct proactive maintenance visits using ProCare and educate residents about home systems and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, OSHA-10, and experience in residential maintenance; EPA/CPO certifications are a plus. The position may involve weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; OSHA 10 required within 90 days if not certified.
• Residential repairs and maintenance experience in similar roles preferred.
• EPA HVAC Type I/II/Universal is a plus; CPO pool certification is advantageous.
• Good communication with residents; ability to use mobile maintenance apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide excellent resident service and uphold quality living standards.
• Complete proactive maintenance visits using ProCare app and schedule next visit.
• Educate residents on home systems and safety practices.
• Conduct property condition assessments and alert management as needed.
• Operate tools and maintain safety guidelines during visits.
