Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in our single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding resident service. You’ll handle multiple trades, perform proactive maintenance, and educate residents on home systems.

Responsibilities include using company tools, completing ProCare visits, and coordinating with property management for timely repairs. OSHA 10 and relevant certifications enhance candidacy; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 certification required; 90 days grace to complete if not held.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification is a plus.
• HVAC certification helpful; pool certification (CPO) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide exceptional resident service and maintain a quality living experience.
• Use and care for company-supplied tools and vehicles; maintain inventory.
• Complete ProCare visits and document via the maintenance mobile app.
• Adhere to Invitation Homes safety guidelines and standards.
