Job summary

Invitation Homes LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades in our single-family rental homes. You will deliver outstanding resident service while respecting residents' homes and using company tools and apps.

The role requires 1–2 years of residential repair experience, OSHA 10, and relevant certifications are a plus. A valid driver's license and lifting ability are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ maintenance or residential repair experience.
• OSHA 10 certification required (within 90 days if not certified).
• EPA Certification Types I/II/Universal or HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication; multi-lingual a plus.
• Driver's license and insurance; ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide excellent resident service and maintain property quality.
• Conduct ProCare visits and schedule follow-up visits.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Complete property condition assessments and flag urgent items.
