Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality repairs in single-family rental homes and deliver outstanding resident service. You will handle multiple trades and use a mobile maintenance app to complete ProCare visits, ensuring proactive maintenance and timely checklists.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in residential maintenance, OSHA 10, and HVAC/EPA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years' residential repairs/maintenance experience.
• OSHA 10 certification required; up to 90 days to complete if not certified.
• EPA Certification Type I/II or HVAC Universal is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across multiple trades in single‑family homes.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience for residents.
• Complete ProCare visits and maintenance checklist in the maintenance app.
• Schedule next maintenance visit with residents.
• Educate residents on home systems and Invitation Homes expectations.
