Invitation Homes Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades within single-family rental homes. You will deliver outstanding resident service and conduct ProCare visits with the maintenance app to plan future visits.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2–5+ years in residential repairs, with OSHA 10. EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus. A valid driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years of residential repair and maintenance experience.
• OSHA 10 certification required; EPA HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience for all residents.
• Perform repairs in residents' homes while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Complete regular ProCare visits in residents’ homes to perform proactive maintenance and repairs; schedule next visit via mobile app.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems; reference Invitation Homes resident responsibilities page.
• Review technician reports to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
