Job summary

Invitation Homes, Orlando, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality residential repairs across single-family homes while delivering outstanding resident service. You will complete maintenance requests across multiple trades, conduct ProCare visits, educate residents on home systems, and support the property team with safety and proactive upkeep.

Applicants should have 2–5+ years of residential repair experience, OSHA 10, and a valid driver’s license; EPA/HVAC/CPO

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5+ years’ proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; multilingual a plus.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and various apps.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote quality living experiences for all residents.
• Perform work in residents' homes with respect for the home.
• Complete ProCare visits and schedule next visits via the maintenance app.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Review technician reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turnover.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use company tools and vehicles.
