Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in our single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding customer service to residents. Responsibilities include completing multi-trade service requests, conducting ProCare visits, and educating residents on home systems.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of residential maintenance experience, OSHA 10 certification (or within 90 days), and relevant certifications such as EPA, HVAC, or pool

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5+ years of residential repairs/maintenance experience.
• OSHA 10 certification required (or within 90 days).
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification is a plus.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• CPO certification (pool) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across multiple trades in single-family rental homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and residential care.
• Complete ProCare visits and schedule next visits via mobile app.
• Educate residents on home systems and responsibilities.
• Perform property condition assessments and report needs to management.
• Carry out repairs in vacant properties and during turn processes.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use company tools and vehicles.
