Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding resident service. You will complete multiple trade tasks, promote a quality living experience, and perform proactive maintenance visits.

The role requires OSHA 10, high school diploma, and 2–5+ years in residential repairs. A driver’s license and multitasking ability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-5+ years’ proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance.
• OSHA 10 is required (new hires have 90 days to complete).

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform ProCare visits and proactive maintenance in residents' homes.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turn or market periods.
