Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform multi-trade maintenance in single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding resident service. You will complete ProCare visits, educate residents on home systems, and schedule follow-up maintenance while maintaining safety standards.

Candidates should have 2–5+ years of residential maintenance experience, OSHA 10, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5+ years in residential repairs/maintenance or related field.
• OSHA 10 certification required (90 days for new hires).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Comfort with mobile devices and home maintenance apps.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide excellent resident service and maintain homes to a high standard.
• Complete ProCare visits with proactive maintenance and proper scheduling.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and home systems.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turns and marketings.
