Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in single-family rental homes while delivering excellent customer service. You will handle repairs across multiple trades, complete ProCare visits, document checklists in the mobile app, and schedule future visits with residents.

Qualified candidates have 2–5+ years in residential repairs, OSHA 10, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years’ proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance.
• OSHA 10 required; may be completed within 90 days if not certified.
• EPA, HVAC, and pool certifications are a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; multilingual a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote quality living experiences.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and company expectations.
• Complete ProCare visits, document checklists, and schedule next visits.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties and adhere to safety guidelines.
