Job summary

Invitation Homes Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality repairs across multiple trades in our Denver single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding resident service.

You will complete maintenance requests, conduct ProCare visits with the mobile app, educate residents on home systems, and coordinate follow-up visits. A strong customer-service mindset and hands-on trade skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 certification required; may take up to 90 days to obtain if not held.
• EPA Type I/II/Universal, HVAC, or CPO certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across multiple trades in single-family homes.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident experience.
• Complete ProCare visits and maintain mobile app checklists.
• Educate residents on home systems and best practices.
• Review reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Repair in vacant properties during turns.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use company tools/vehicles.
