Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Maintenance Service Tech II to help keep our communities in top condition. You will complete make-readies, perform preventive maintenance, handle service requests, and help maintain clean, hazard-free spaces for residents.

You will work with a team to address repairs across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance, following company guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, able to collaborate with others.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience in building maintenance or skilled trades.
• Experience with apartment maintenance tech or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain records.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy including make-readies.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and well-maintained.
• Follow safety practices to ensure a safe work environment.
