Job summary

Waterton Service (Maintenance) Technician II is part of our mission to provide a great place to live for our residents. You will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards, ensuring reliability and safety.

The role completes unit make-readies, conducts preventative maintenance, handles service requests, performs janitorial duties, and helps maintain a hazard-free community. Strong teamwork and problem-solving are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, or comparable experience.
• Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems is strongly preferred.
• EPA-CFC Certification is strongly preferred; EPA-LBP is required for older properties.
• Ability to work well with others in a team and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy via make-ready process including inspections and repairs.
• Assist in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community and common areas.
• Utilize safety measures to maintain a safe work environment.
