Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Service Technician II in Seattle, WA to maintain the community and equipment per company standards. You will complete make-readies, perform preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and support janitorial tasks to keep residents’ spaces in top condition.

Applicants should have teamwork, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities, with residential maintenance experience. EPA-CFC certification is preferred; EPA-LBP is required for older properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, or comparable experience.
• Experience with apartment maintenance systems or similar is strongly preferred.
• EPA-CFC Certification is strongly preferred; EPA-LBP certification is required for properties older than 1978.
• Ability to work well in a team and multi-task effectively.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a hazard-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy with make-ready inspections and repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, exteriors, and common areas.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
