Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Technician I to help maintain the community and equipment to ensure a great living experience for residents. You will complete make-readies, perform preventative maintenance, handle service requests, and assist with janitorial duties to keep common areas clean and hazard-free.

Qualifications

Experience with apartment maintenance technology/systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare apartments for occupancy via make-ready process, including inspections and repairs.
Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly and professionally.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
Keep community grounds and common areas clean and free of debris; support janitorial duties.
Follow safety measures to maintain a safe work environment.
