Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Technician II to help maintain the community and equipment to company standards. You will complete unit make-readies, perform preventive maintenance, process service requests, and support janitorial duties to keep the property hazard-free.

You will work with a team, solve problems, and leverage experience in building maintenance or skilled trades. EPA-CFC certification is preferred, and EPA-LBP is required for pre-1978 properties, with competitive

• Experience in building maintenance or skilled trades.
• EPA-CFC certification preferred; EPA-LBP required for properties older than 1978.
• Ability to work in a team and multitask.
• Experience with apartment maintenance tech or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled and maintain records.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy via make-ready processes, including inspections and repairs.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, exteriors, and common areas.
• Follow safety measures to keep a hazard-free environment.
