Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Technician II to help maintain the community and equipment according to company guidelines. You will complete unit make-readies, perform preventive maintenance, handle service requests, and support janitorial duties to keep the property hazard-free.

Ideal candidates bring teamwork, problem-solving, and strong customer service skills, with experience in building maintenance or similar trades.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented; able to collaborate with others.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Experience in building maintenance or skilled trades.
• Experience with apartment maintenance technology/systems preferred; EPA-CFC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled and keep accurate records.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy including make-readies and inspections.
• Assist in maintaining appearance and cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Follow safety measures to maintain a safe work environment.
