Job summary

Waterton is hiring a Service (Maintenance) Technician II to help maintain our communities and equipment according to company standards. You will complete make-readies, perform preventative maintenance, handle service requests, and support janitorial duties to ensure a hazard-free environment.

Ideal candidates will have maintenance or skilled trades experience, familiarity with apartment maintenance tech, and EPA-CFC certification; EPA-LBP is required for older properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or skilled trades.
• Experience with apartment maintenance technology or similar systems is preferred.
• EPA-CFC certification is strongly preferred; EPA-LBP certification is required for properties older than 1978.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare apartments for occupancy via make-readies, including inspections and repairs.
• Maintain community appearance and safety of grounds, exteriors, and common areas.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
