Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) in Canoga Park, CA to lead the leasing team and elevate resident experiences. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure high-quality customer service across the community.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily experience or related experience in hotel, retail or restaurant environments.
• 1+ years of supervisory or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining community sales goals and coach leasing consultants to achieve them.
• Lease apartment homes and manage leads, presenting community information to prospects.
• Address customer service concerns promptly to achieve high satisfaction.
• Help develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize revenue and improve customer experience.
• Support residents during move-in, renewals, move-out, and transfers.
• Visit competitive properties to stay updated on market conditions.
• Plan and host resident events to foster community connections.
• Follow Vivmark policies and ensure compliance with fair housing laws.
