Responsibilities

• Assist in determining community sales goals and motivate leasing consultants.
• Lease apartments and convert leads, presenting community information.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Support residents during move-in, renewals, move-outs, and transfers.
• Monitor competitive markets and update market surveys regularly.
• Plan and execute resident events to foster community connections.
