Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Canoga Park, CA is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) to lead the leasing team and optimize office operations. You will drive sales, coach consultants, and ensure exceptional resident experiences consistent with luxury branding.

The role requires 1–3 years in multifamily or related sectors and supervisory experience; HS diploma or GED required, BA preferred. Proficiency with MS Office is necessary.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education in a hotel, retail or restaurant environment
• 1 or more years of supervisory or training experience required
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED) is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
