Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related environment (hotel, retail, or restaurant)
• 1+ years of supervisory or training experience required
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in developing and executing a sales and marketing strategy to achieve community goals
• Lease apartment homes and educate residents and prospects about community information
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to ensure high loyalty and satisfaction
• Support programs to maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve customer experience
• Assist residents during move-in, renewals, moves, and transfers
• Visit competing communities to update market surveys and stay informed on market conditions
• Plan and execute resident events to foster community connections
