Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) to lead our leasing team and set new standards for luxury living. This role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and overseeing office operations.

You will assist the Community Manager with sales/marketing plans, coach leasing consultants, and help maximize revenue while maintaining outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or equivalent in hospitality/retail environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory or training experience required.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in maintaining and executing a sales and marketing strategy.
• Coach and train leasing consultants to achieve community goals.
• Lease apartment homes and convert prospect leads by presenting community information.
