Job summary

Vivmark Residential, a leading owner and manager of apartment homes, seeks a Sales and Service Supervisor to assist the Community Manager and drive a top-tier leasing and customer experience. You will coach leasing consultants, manage sales goals, and help deliver luxury living experiences across the community.

In this role, you will oversee operations, ensure consistent service, and coordinate programs to maximize revenue while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily experience or related experience in a hotel, retail, or restaurant environment.
• 1 or more years of supervisory or training experience required.
• High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining community sales goals and motivate leasing consultants to achieve them.
• Lease apartment homes and manage prospect leads, presenting community information to residents and prospects.
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to ensure high loyalty and satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and monitor programs to maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve customer experience.
• Support residents during move-in, renewals, move-out, and transfers.
• Visit competitive market communities to update market surveys and monitor conditions.
• Plan and execute resident activities and events to foster community connections.
• Follow Vivmark policies and fair housing regulations.
