Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) to lead our leasing team and elevate the resident experience. You will coach leasing consultants, implement a high-standard sales strategy, and ensure exceptional customer service across community operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant.
• 1+ years of supervisory or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager to maintain and execute a sales and marketing strategy.
• Lease apartment homes and manage/convert prospect leads.
• Present and educate residents on community information and amenities.
