Job summary

Lion Home Service is seeking a Comfort Consultant to listen to customer needs and determine the best HVAC solutions. You will leverage strong sales skills, technical HVAC knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to drive sales and build relationships.

You will conduct on-site assessments, present solutions, prepare detailed proposals, and work with installation teams to ensure seamless handovers and satisfaction. This role emphasizes targets, CRM usage, and ongoing industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably within the residential sector.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments of customers' HVAC systems and propose upgrades or repairs with cost estimates.
• Present and explain features and benefits of HVAC products to address concerns.
• Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, and sales agreements.
• Collaborate with installation teams for seamless handovers and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Proactively seek leads, referrals, and opportunities to expand the customer base.
