Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC seeks a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and present high-efficiency HVAC and water heater options. This outside sales role blends consultative selling with customer education and relationship management, leveraging internal leads and your own prospecting to close opportunities.

You will collaborate with the technical team on site visits to tailor solutions to homes, while staying current on market trends and energy-efficient technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, with a preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in consultative selling and building customer relationships.
• Willingness to navigate residential environments (attics, crawl spaces) during site visits.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to new and established customers.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth by working both incoming internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Onsite Collaboration: Partner with our technical team during site visits to tailor solutions to the home’s requirements and ensure 100% satisfaction.
