Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose home comfort needs and offer high-efficiency HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management to close opportunities.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company pipelines, and self-generated prospects, traveling to customer sites to deliver tailored solutions and ensure 100% satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Strong business development abilities and excellent negotiation skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: present tailored comfort options for HVAC and water heater systems to customers.
• Customer experience champion: build lasting relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Sales generation: drive growth with internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close opportunities.
• Onsite collaboration: work with technical teams during site visits to tailor solutions to homes.
• Remain a market expert on energy-efficient technology and service methods.
