• Ability to explain technical information clearly to homeowners.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-appointment management.
• Comfort with CRM, tablets, mobile apps, and electronic sales tools.
• Ability to work independently while following company processes.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Valid driver3s license and acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to treating others with dignity and respect.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue goals.
• Maintain closing ratios, average tickets, and gross margins.
• Conduct in-home consultations to identify homeowner comfort concerns.
• Present multiple system options based on needs and budget.
• Educate homeowners on financing, warranties, maintenance, and system benefits.
• Follow established pricing guidelines and obtain discount approvals.
• Consistently follow up on unsold estimates using the company3s follow-up process.
• Develop self-generated sales opportunities through referrals and community engagement.
• Coordinate with installation leadership to address scope discrepancies or installation challenges.
