Service Experts seeks a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and present HVAC and water heater solutions to homeowners. This outside sales role blends consultative selling with customer education and relationship management, leveraging warm leads and self-generation to close opportunities.

You will collaborate with our technical team on-site to tailor solutions to each home, stay current on energy-efficient technologies, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Competenze

• Education: High school degree or GED required; Bachelor's degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience, with direct-to-consumer selling preferred.
• Skills: Strong business development, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Communication: Ability to educate customers and clearly present technical concepts.
