Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose home comfort needs and offer tailored HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management, leveraging internal warm leads and your own pipeline to close opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, with a preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Able to navigate residential environments during site visits (ladders, attics, basements, crawl spaces).
• Flexible hours and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: present tailored comfort options for HVAC and water heater systems.
• Customer Experience Champion: build lasting relationships and ensure satisfaction.
