Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and propose HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role combines consultative selling, education, and relationship management, using internal leads and your own prospecting to close opportunities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred), 2+ years of direct sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to navigate residential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth via internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Onsite Collaboration: Partner with our technical team during site visits to tailor solutions to homes.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends, energy-efficient tech, and service methods.
