Job summary

Legacy Service Partners is hiring a Comfort Consultant to listen to customers, assess HVAC needs, and propose optimal solutions. You’ll leverage strong sales skills, technical HVAC knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to drive revenue and build lasting relationships.

You will perform on-site assessments, prepare detailed proposals, and collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth handovers and high customer satisfaction. Prior experience in residential HVAC sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC sales experience, residential sector preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residential customers to understand HVAC needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct on-site assessments of customers' HVAC systems and provide cost estimates.
• Present features/benefits of HVAC products and services and address objections.
• Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and sales agreements.
• Coordinate handoffs with installation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and new sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to inform recommendations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
