Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family rental homes. You will perform preventative maintenance and respond to service requests, ensuring safety and reliability for residents.

• Minimum 5 years’ maintenance/repair experience.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and resident-facing skills.

Responsibilities
