Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician III - HVAC to support our single-family home portfolio. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, conduct preventive maintenance and respond to service requests to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 5+ years in general maintenance, and HVAC plus EPA certifications. You will work on-site, with growth opportunities and a focus on safety, reliability and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA certification required.
• Minimum 5 years’ general service and maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and timely service requests.
• Diagnose and repair advanced issues and replace defective components.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests with quality workmanship.
• Interact professionally with residents and vendors.
