Job summary

Progress Residential is hiring a Service Technician III - HVAC to support our single-family home portfolio. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests on site at properties.

The role requires EPA certification and HVAC certification where applicable, plus strong communication and time-management skills to deliver safe, high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent required with HVAC certifications.
• EPA certification required for eligibility to service residential systems.
• HVAC certification preferred for advanced technical work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and responsive repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose issues and report major repairs before expenditures.
• Maintain safety standards and professional interaction with residents and vendors.
