Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential services in multiple markets, including Boston. You will work in a field-based role, meeting residents and property managers face to face to grow our customer base and drive sales.

The position emphasizes uncapped commissions and a base salary with the potential to exceed six figures through performance. Training starts in December with a flexible start date, and benefits apply for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits to homes and property managers.
• Proactively pursue leads and build momentum for the territory.
• Understand property contract language and service levels to articulate solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials and strengthen Astound brand awareness.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report progress to management.
