Job summary

Astound is hiring for a Direct Sales Representative Residential role, starting with December training and a November/December start window. You’ll generate new residential customer sign-ups through in-person visits, working in a field-based, outdoor environment.

Base salary offers stability, with uncapped commissions and total on-target earnings up to $90,000+ when performance is strong. This is a full-time on-site position across multiple markets including Boston, MA.
