Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential services in the Boston area. You will engage residents in person, explain service options, and sign up new customers while building relationships in your territory. The role offers performance-based earnings with uncapped commissions and a base salary in a growing sales team.

Training begins in December with a flexible start date and ramp-up to meet territory opportunities, enabling you to contribute to the New Year sales momentum.

• Review property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
