Astound is hiring a Direct Sales Representative for residential field-based work in select U.S. markets, including Boston, MA. You will pursue new customer sign-ups through door-to-door outreach, present quotes, and close orders in residential settings.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a path toward six-figure earnings for high performers. Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000, with bonuses and commissions based on performance.

Responsibilities
