Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential, field-based work across multiple U.S. markets, including Boston, MA. You will drive new customer acquisition with face-to-face interactions, earning base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total earnings potential up to $90k+.

You’ll pursue leads, manage property-specific opportunities, and promote Astound brand through targeted campaigns while meeting quarterly sales targets and attending mandatory meetings.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license where required.

Responsabilités

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and referrals.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand unique elements of assigned properties within portfolio and property contracts.
• Distribute marketing material, build Astound brand awareness and participate in campaigns.
• Review and understand service levels, restrictions, and obligations; understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
