Astound is hiring a Direct Sales Representative for residential, field-based work in multiple US markets including Boston, MA. You will originate and close new customer deals through in-person visits, with base salary and uncapped commissions driving earnings.

Expect training, quota-driven targets, and a focus on building Astound brand presence in neighborhoods. Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with commission potential that can push total earnings well beyond base pay.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property specifics within assigned portfolio.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and service levels.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Stay updated on competitor activity in the market.
