Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential field-based work across multiple markets. You’ll start with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to and beyond $90,000 depending on performance.

The role emphasizes face-to-face customer engagement, building brand awareness, and driving new connections in local communities. Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000, with strong earning potential through commissions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
• Enjoys working outdoors, 90% field work.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door role with base + uncapped commissions.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Positive, creative, persuasive, self-motivated and autonomous.
• Detail oriented with strong time management.
• Sales quota driven; reliable transportation; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers via face-to-face visits to homes, property management groups, and referrals.
• Pursue leads provided daily to build momentum.
• Understand property specifics within portfolio and communicate solutions.
• Distribute marketing material and help build Astound brand awareness in the field.
• Review property contracts, service levels, and obligations; articulate customer needs and solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales stats to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in your market.
