Job summary

Astound is hiring for a residential direct sales role in multiple U.S. markets. You will obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions, pursue leads, and present service options.

This field-based position offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and sales bonuses, with earnings potential that can exceed six figures for top performers. Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with commission, benefits, and room to grow.

Responsibilities
