Job summary

Astound is hiring for a Direct Sales Representative Residential position across multiple locations, including Boston, MA. You will engage residents door-to-door to represent a leading internet provider and build the Astound brand while earning uncapped commissions.

Starting with a base salary and with commissions tied to performance, you can achieve total on-target earnings up to $90,000+ and beyond. Training begins in December with start dates in November 30 or December 7, and a ramp-up period

Qualifications

• Direct sales experience in a field environment preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with residents and property managers.
• Self-starter with disciplined work ethic and time management.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Promote Astound services and sign-up orders.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and report progress to management.
• Represent Astound professionally in the assigned territory.
