Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential customers in a field-based role. Base salary is complemented by uncapped commissions, with total earnings potential to six figures for top performers.

Responsibilities include acquiring new customers through in-person visits, pursuing daily leads, detailing service options, and building Astound brand presence in assigned areas. Training begins in December with flexible start dates in late November or early December.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in residential sales preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors and travel in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face visits.
• Pursue leads provided daily.
• Explain service needs and sign-up orders.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and understand service levels.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics.
• Maintain knowledge of local competitors.
