Astound is hiring a Direct Sales Representative (Residential) to grow our customer base in the field across multiple markets.

You'll work outdoors, meet residents and property managers, present solutions, and close sign-ups with uncapped commissions. Base salary and a clear ramp plan support earning potential in a dynamic sales environment.

Strong communication, organization, and drive are essential. Start dates in December with training to accelerate field readiness for the New Year.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to work outdoors and travel within assigned markets.

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and property managers.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
• Explain solutions and gather sign-up orders.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market competition.
