Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential services in a field-based role. You will actively seek new customers in homes, present packages, and close sign-ups while working in a dynamic outdoor environment.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with earnings potential reaching six figures for top performers. Training starts in December with a flexible November/December start window.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be comfortable with outdoor field work and driving to residential locations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers in residential settings through in-person meetings.
• Present service options, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Manage territory, follow up on leads, and report sales stats to management.
• Build Astound brand awareness and participate in campaigns.
• Maintain knowledge of property contracts, service levels, and customer needs.
